Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
