Usage-based credits

Consumed usage-based credits are generally non-refundable, as the underlying service has already been delivered.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the billing terms applicable to your plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
